About Dr. Bradbury:
Andrew R. Bradbury M.D. graduated from Swarthmore College with Distinction in Physics and received his medical degree from Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He earned board certifications from the American Board of Family Medicine and the Board of Certification in Emergency Medicine.
Dr. Bradbury’s medical practice has included private offices, small and large emergency rooms, hospital care, house calls, nursing homes, university health, clinical teaching, and care of servicemen and civilians during four deployments to combat theatres with the U.S. Army and Air Force. Dr. Bradbury is a Fellow of the American Academy of Family Physicians. He has received the Bronze Star and the Idaho Distinguished Service Award during his military service. His civilian awards include Idaho Preceptor of the Year from Salus University and the 2015 Idaho Supervising Physician of the Year from the Idaho Academy of Physician Assistants.
He has a special interest in the treatment of mental health conditions in a family practice setting and authored the book “Loving Your Superpowers: Mental Health Challenges Can Become Strengths.” He has published additional works in the fields of physics and electronic medical records. Andy’s community activities have included medical missions to Ecuador, Guatemala, and the Dominican Republic. He has received the Silver Beaver Award from the Boy Scouts of America.
